They only answer me with things that can be found in their website Q&A. Long short story, I got in contact with the worthless “customer service support” and they could not answer my main question, which is why they stopped my features? I even sent them the receipt from Apple proving that I purchase there iCloud services and other features. I didn’t have the “so call” features I supposedly had to have. When this app gave me the option to upgrade to the “AtHomePRO” everything started to go wrong!!! I all of the sudden stopped working. Everything was well, every other day could have a disconnection but could be fix nonetheless.
So I purchase the “UPGRADE” for ONE YEAR which cost me almost $30 and it eliminated the ads and also it gave me the multi cameras. When I first started using this app, it wasn’t that great but it was good.
